• Started playing Squash in the age of 15 and managed to book a place in the Iraqi national team within one year and in the second year became No. 1 in the Iraqi national ranking.
• Played in the Iraqi national Squash team since 1996.
• Best ranking in Iraq is No. 1 since 1997 and for more than seven continuous years.
• Won many local squash tournaments in Iraq.
• Won the 3^rd place (Bronze Medal) with the Iraqi Squash team in the Arab tournament (King Hussain Tournament) (1999 / Amman - Jordan).
